Dovi Frances: Israeli Defense Tech Will Protect Europe

American-Israeli businessman and investor Dovi Frances urged Europeans to turn to Israeli defense technology as security fears grow across the continent.

Speaking at an overseas investor conference, Frances said Europe should equip itself with Israeli-made defense systems.

“Israel is your best partner ahead of World War III,” Frances said. “Israeli technology that has been tested on the battlefield will help protect your countries.”

The Tanakh says, “Blessed be the Lord, my Rock, who trains my hands for war.” That verse captures a hard truth: peace often depends on the ability to defend life.

Israeli Defense Technology Draws Europe

Frances’s message reflects a wider shift in Europe.

For decades, many European governments relied heavily on American power while underinvesting in their own defense. However, war, terror, Iranian aggression, and regional instability have forced a new discussion.

Israel offers Europe something rare: technology tested under real combat pressure.

That includes air defense, drone defense, cyber capabilities, intelligence systems, battlefield medicine, and command technology built in a country that cannot afford theory over results.

That context was also clear in “Israeli Defense Booths Pack Paris Expo.” Israeli defense booths drew heavy attention at the Paris Eurosatory exhibition despite French restrictions on Israel’s official participation and product displays.

Good For Europe, Israel And America

For Europe, Israeli defense systems can help protect civilians, borders, infrastructure, and military forces.

For Israel, deeper defense ties strengthen alliances and make clear that the Jewish state is not only defending itself. It is helping defend the free world.

Meanwhile, the United States also benefits when European allies become stronger and better prepared. American leadership remains essential, but U.S. allies should not depend on Washington while refusing to build serious defenses.

Frances’s warning therefore fits a broader pro-Western security vision. Israel’s strength helps Europe. Europe’s strength helps America. Together, that makes the free world harder for terror regimes and hostile powers to threaten.

A Shared Moral Calling

The United States and Israel also share a covenantal understanding before God. Both nations, at their best, see liberty as a moral calling, not only a political system.

That shared belief includes faith in divine promise, the dignity of human life, and the duty to stand with those who refuse to surrender to terror, tyranny, or antisemitism.

For Israel, that duty includes defending Jewish life in the land promised to the Jewish people. For America, it includes using strength to protect freedom and stand with allies who carry that same moral burden.

Frances’s message speaks directly to that alliance. Israeli technology protects lives because Israel learned, through necessity, how to fight enemies that target civilians.

Ultimately, Europe should listen. A continent that wants peace must prepare to defend itself, and Israel has already proven that moral clarity and military innovation can stand together.
