Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow is bringing Hollywood visibility to Herzliya as the face of a new campaign for the 51 PARK luxury residential development.
The project is being developed by Israeli real estate group Aviv Melisron. The campaign was created by Israeli creative agency Why Worry and filmed in New York.
Hollywood Meets Herzliya
According to the announcement, Paltrow will lead the advertising campaign for two 51-story residential towers overlooking the sea and a public park.
Why Worry founder and chief executive Gabi Attal said the campaign needed a figure who represented international elegance, premium lifestyle and uncompromising quality.
He described Paltrow as an Academy Award, Emmy and Golden Globe winner who fits that image.
Jewish Roots and Israel Support
Paltrow is not only a Hollywood name attached to an Israeli real estate campaign. She has also spoken publicly about her Jewish heritage.
Her father, the late film producer Bruce Paltrow, was Jewish. Over the years, Paltrow has discussed her family’s Jewish roots and taken part in Jewish cultural events.

Since October 7, she has also shown support for Israeli hostages held in Gaza. After Israel recovered the bodies of six murdered hostages in September 2024, she wrote online: “I send you my heart.”
Paltrow has also shared hostage-awareness campaigns and spoken out about the sexual violence committed during the October 7 attacks.
A Global Face for Israel
The campaign places a major international celebrity at the center of an Israeli development project.
For Israel, that matters beyond real estate. At a time when many public figures avoid association with the Jewish state, Paltrow’s role gives the Herzliya project global visibility and connects Israeli enterprise with culture, luxury and international confidence.
