High Court Recommends Withdrawing Petitions Against Anti-UNRWA Laws
The Supreme Court justices recommended that human rights organizations withdraw their petitions against the laws restricting UNRWA’s activity in Israel, while leveling harsh criticism at the evidentiary basis that was presented.
During the hearing, a verbal confrontation broke out in the courtroom between Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, Deputy Minister Almog Cohen, and MK Tally Gotliv and the petitioners’ representative.
