President Herzog in Cyprus: ‘My dream is for the presidents of Lebanon and Israel to meet here’

Cypriot President Christodoulides welcomed Herzog on his arrival, noted the expansion of civil and tourism ties between the countries, and revealed a figure on the volume of air travel this past summer: “It is important for me to note that I was informed that during the summer, a record number of flights arrived from Israel—more than 200 flights per week, compared to an average of about 140 flights per week in the past.”
