Ministry of Defense launches ’40 Points Plan’ to strengthen settlement and civilian resilience along the eastern border, from Hamat Gader to Eilat
As part of the plan, dozens of activity centers will be established in cooperation with the IDF, the Ministry of Settlement, and local authorities, incorporating young people, Nahal core groups, pre-military academies, and national service years. The move includes opening 35 branches and leadership academies with the goal of creating a continuous civilian presence and strengthening the connection between security and settlement in the area.
