Netanyahu Responds to Report of Warning Call From UAE Before Oct. 7
The Prime Minister instructed his lawyers to file a libel lawsuit against the left-wing newspaper ‘Haaretz,’ Shlomi Eldar, and other parties who spread a false libel about the Prime Minister that is a complete fabrication.
Contrary to what was claimed, from the beginning of September until October 7, no call took place between the Prime Minister and the President of the United Arab Emirates. The Prime Minister’s Office, the National Security Council, and the Military Secretariat meticulously checked the Prime Minister’s call log for those days and found no record of it.
As a rule, diplomatic calls between the Prime Minister and the President of the Emirates take place exclusively in the Prime Minister’s Office via a representative of the Emirates who comes to the office with a special encrypted device. All these calls are documented.
