Brazilian Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, widely regarded as a leading contender in Brazil’s upcoming presidential elections, declared during a tour of Judea and Samaria that his first official visit as president would be to Samaria.
Last night (Saturday) Senator Bolsonaro toured Samaria together with Yossi Dagan, head of the Samaria Regional Council. Accompanying the senator was his brother, Brazilian Congressman Eduardo Bolsonaro. The two have arrived to attend a major event against antisemitism initiated by Israel’s Minister of Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism Amichai Chikli, featuring a series of events, meetings, and discussions for parliamentarians and policymakers, academics, media, and influencers. The Senator is set to be a keynote speaker at the conference on 27 January. Other noted speakers include Mr. Dumisani Washington, Founder & CEO of the Institute for Black Solidarity with Israel, European Conservatives and Reformists Group Member MEP Dominik Tarczyński , Mr. Mariano Cúneo Libarona, Minister of Justice and Human Rights of Argentina, Mr. Eric Adams, 110th Mayor of New York City, US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, Dr. James Lindsay, founder of New Discourses, and popular American author and filmmaker Mr. Dinesh D’Souza.
Bolsonaro at the Western Wall:
Mais uma vez sigo os passos do meu pai, assim como espero que um dia minhas filhas sigam os meus e os da minha esposa. Para salvar o Brasil, não há caminho possível longe de Deus.

The Future President’s Promise
Among other stops, they toured the region of Judea and Samaria, and received an in-depth briefing on the historical, security, and strategic importance of Samaria to the security of the State of Israel.
Yossi Dagan, head of the Samaria Regional Council, said:
“It is deeply moving to host you—two true and courageous leaders—here in Samaria, in the very heart of Israel, in the land of the Bible. 90 % of events in the Bible happened here. The residents of Samaria are in the midst of a difficult war against these barbarians from Hamas. And we are not fighting only for our own security. We are fighting for our security but also because the people of Israel are returning and rebuilding their homeland as God said and promised in the prophecies. Secondly, we are the front line of all Western civilization. You should know that we love you, appreciate you, and pray for your success. I hope that our next meeting will be at your inauguration.”
At the conclusion of his remarks, the Brazilian presidential candidate agreed with the head of the Samaria Regional Council that his first visit as president would be to Samaria.
Senator Flávio Bolsonaro also expressed his support for the residents of Judea and Samaria:
“I want to express my full solidarity with the residents of Judea and Samaria for what they have gone through. I hope that God will bless this land and the people who live here more and more.”
His words echo the prophet Ezekiel:
“‘But you, mountains of Israel, will produce branches and fruit for my people Israel, for they will soon come home. I am concerned for you and will look on you with favor; you will be plowed and sown, and I will cause many people to live on you—yes, all of Israel. The towns will be inhabited and the ruins rebuilt. I will increase the number of people and animals living on you, and they will be fruitful and become numerous. I will settle people on you as in the past and will make you prosper more than before. Then you will know that I am the Lord.”
(Ezekiel 36: 8-12 NIV)
