Consumer Price Index Rose 0.3% in July

The data indicate significant price drops for consumers across a wide range of products: The clothing and footwear category fell by 4.6%, fresh fruit and vegetable prices dropped by 3.5%, fuel and oil prices for vehicles decreased by 3.6%, and the furniture and home equipment category fell by 0.7%. Additionally, notable price drops were recorded for food products and seasonal fruits, including watermelons (-26.5%), cherries (-24.7%), and grapes (-21.4%).

Price increases were recorded in the transportation (1.4%), culture and entertainment (1.1%), and housing (0.7%) categories. For tenants who renewed their contracts, rent increased by 2.6%, while for new tenants, it increased by 4.7%.
