About 15 Israelis Reached Ghajar, Damaged Fence, Crossed into Lebanon
An IDF and Border Police force was dispatched to the location, located those involved, and returned them to Israeli territory, where they were detained and turned over to the Israel Police for further handling.
The IDF strongly condemned the incident, which constituted a serious disruption to operational activity and a danger to the security of the forces, and demanded that law enforcement authorities prosecute those involved to the fullest extent of the law to prevent a recurrence of the criminal offense.
